Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 7 days of your invoice date. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.

How We Process Return
Please read instruction below.

1. Open a new support ticket (you will need to log into your account).
2. Select the order from the dropdown menu and the RMA return/exchange department.
3. Once our Return Department received your submission, they will review and contact you back with an RMA number. (NOTE: You will need this number to include in with return package. Any package return to us without the RMA number will not get process.)
4. Once you received an RMA number from us, please have this number included in with your return package. Or if this a dropship package, please instruct your customer to include the RMA we provided in with return package. l.
